He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Knowlton; his stepfather Richard Gall; and his siblings, Michelle Haas and Patrick Knowlton. He is survived by: his close friend Joanne Cutri; his siblings, Fran Morse (Robert) and Michael Knowlton (Laurie); and his nephews, Zachary and Peter Knowlton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
