We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2021, at the age of 95, Isabelle A. Carter of Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Brien and Isabelle O'Brien; her husband William Carter; her son David Carter; her grandson Alex Carter; her great grandchild Bennett McLaughlin; and her brother Francis O'Brien.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward (Elimara) of Colorado, John (Jeannette) of Camillus, Robert (Joanne) of Florida, Paul (Janet) of Kansas and Peter (Kathleen) of Syracuse; and her daughter-in-law Jeanne Carter.
