With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ione T. O'Connor of Syracuse, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ione left this world on January 17, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Knight Tracy and Francis Ione Tracy (Nicholson). She is survived by: her husband Patrick Thomas O'Connor; her children, Tracy (Chris), Mary (Willie), Patrick and Sharon (Bob); her grandchildren, Darby (Kelly), Drew (Laura), Nyasha (Matthew), Tyler (Milly) and Dallas; and her great grandchild Brooklyn.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairchild & Meech DeWitt Chapel (3690 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse, NY 13214). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flower, donation can be given to St. Daniels Church.
