She is survived by: her husband Christopher; her daughters, Chloe, Alexis and Ella; her parents, Martha Sweeney Kicak and David Kicak (Sue Wuerthner); her brother Aaron M. Kicak; her cousins, Michael Ward (Joan) and Brenda Ward; and also Douglas Dr. She is also survived by aunts, uncles.
