He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Fernandez and Maria Fernandez (Gajate); his wife Carol; his son Joseph; and his siblings, Manuel, Angelo and Carmella Colelli.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Foti (Tamara) of Tully, NY and Cynthia Foti (Bren) of New Port Ritchey, FL; his grandchildren, Steven Foti (Rachel), Jeanna Foti, Kristen Welch (Jon) and Anthony Foti; his sister Josephine Longo; and also Carolyn Foti of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
