She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Red" Santorum; her parents, Walter Kobuszewski and Mary Kobuszewski; and her siblings, Virginia Kobuszewski, Leonard Kobuszewski and Robert Kobuszewski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie O'Connell (Denny) and Pam Carno (Mike); her grandchildren, Ryan O'Connell, Michael O'Connell, Michael Carno and Theresa Carno; and her siblings, Pauline Palmieri, Bernadine Braun, Reverend Thomas Kobuszewski and Charles Kobuszewski. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
