It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen McClellan of Syracuse, New York, born in Greenville, Mississippi, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Charles C. McClellan and Miss'y Tassie McClellan; and her siblings, LeRoy, Kenneth, Carlos, Billie McClellan and Julia Mae.
She is survived by: her sisters, Gloria Jackson, Ruth Derrickson and Vivian McClellan; her sister-in-law Lois McClellan; her brother Professor Courtney McClellan; and her pet Charlie. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
