He is survived by: his wife Jacklin; his children, Toni Jo Bagley, Harvey R. Bagly Jr. and Elmer Bagley (Angel); and his siblings, Katherine, Kathleen and Joseph. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
