He was predeceased by: his parent Orrin Fetterly. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Fetterly (Muncy); his children, Valerie Fetterly of Syracuse, Keith A. Fetterly of Oswego and Kevin O. Fetterly of Oswego; and his siblings, Jim Fetterly of Idaho and Gladys Johnson of Oswego. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
