He is survived by: his children, Julia of Syracuse, Amanda McCracken of Syracuse, Heather Jerkins of Ontario, NY, Jonathan of Syracuse and Jeremiah of Syracuse; his siblings, Deborah Benderski (Bill) of Syracuse and Michael McCracken of Tuthill, SD; and his nephew William Benderski Jr. of Syracuse.
