He was predeceased by: his child Jeramy Amidon; and his brother Doug. He is survived by: his siblings, Shawn and Don Amidon; his daughters, Amanda and Mindy; his father Earl; and his siblings, Lea, Kris and Bill Henderson. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and extended family.
