He is survived by: his wife Darlene Shoop; his sons, Glen Shoop Jr. of Syracuse, NY, William Shoop of Syracuse, NY and Robert Shoop of South Carolina; his stepdaughters, Jessica Clarke of Olympia, WA and Christina Williams (Eric) of Syracuse, NY.; and his grandchildren, Ethan Shoop, Antoinque Vinson, Layloni Vinson and Eric Williams, Jr..
