She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Campolieta and Michelina Campolieta; and her siblings, Patsy, Joseph, Michael, Fay and Jenny.
She is survived by: her husband Ty Sayles; her children, Eddie, Sally Mason (Sam), T. R. (Sheila) and Scott (JoAnne); and her sister Dinny. She is also survived by grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and dozens of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial donation be made in Gilda's name to: Our Lady of Hope Church, 4845 S. Salina St., Syracuse, NY 13205.
