With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gibson DeKalb Hazard Jr. of Syracuse, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on January 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazard of Syracuse, NY and Alice Thompson Case of Buffalo, NY.; his wife Joan Barrett of Colorado Springs; his sister Sally Boynton of Scottsdale; and his children, Gibson III, Gregory, Stephanie, Alicia and Stacey. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
