He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gallagher and Grace Gallagher (Shine); and his brother Richard Michael Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Eugenia (Mueller) of Syracuse; his children, Nicole (Luis), Mark (Stefanie) and Jennie; and his brothers, Paul (Jeanne) of North Andover, MA and Brian (Beth) of Stratham, NH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
