He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Cook. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Cook Lajoie of Ithaca and Ronald Cook (Cindy) of Holland, PA; his granddaughters, Andrea Lajoie of Ithaca, Melissa Woodward (Paul) of Royersford, PA and Danielle Cook of Holland, PA; and his sister Hattie Cook Peters of Skaneateles.
