He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Gemmill and Eleanor Gemmill (Schug); and his sisters, Betty and Nancy Gemmill (Coolbaugh). He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Davis (James) of Littletown, PA and Wendy Murphy (Thomas) of Syracuse, NY; and his grandson James P. Davis.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Su Hendricks Chapel (121 Crouse Dr, Syracuse, NY 13244).
Gary struggled with Alzheimer dementia which ended at Crouse Community NH Morrisville at the age of 87.
