He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sampo and Vernice Sampo; and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherrie Bartella; his children, Marie Andalora (Corey) and Gary (Darnell); his grandchildren, Giada, Chiara Andalora and E. J. Sampo; and his siblings, Mark (Cindy) and Sherri Allen (Bruce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
