He was predeceased by: his father Elias Alexander; his brother Elias "Junebug"; and his grandson Christopher. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Kenan, Mikel Alexander, Michelle Garcia, Rachida Alexander and Khayla Johnson-Alexander; his mother Ruthie Alexander; and his friends, Hakeem Muwwakkil and Barbara Alexander. He is also survived by two brothers, two sisters, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
