We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2024, Fred D. Scott (Syracuse, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Scott and Lucille Scott (Syracuse); his wife Mary E. Scott; his grandson Marcus Smith; and his siblings, Elizabeth Scott, Christine Holloway, Samuel, Amos, Ollie and TJ.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya White (Levi) of Georgia, Andrea Scott, Gloria "Linda" Scott and DesTinee Bradley of Syracuse; and his siblings, Hampford Scott, Estelle Eunice and Willamae Legette. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
