He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bianchi; his children, Franklin Jr. of Baldwinsville, Debi Taylor of Brewerton and David of Red Creek; and his brothers, Daniel, Larry and Rick Accordino. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
