He was predeceased by: his niece Maria E. Sofia; and his brother Joseph J. Sofia. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jodyanne Tantillo (Mark) of Cicero, Sandyanne Hoestermann (Jay) of Lockport, NY, Lawrence of Federal Way, Joseph of Lititz, PA and Frank of Sheboygan; his sister-in-law Maria N. Sofia of Liverpool; and his close friend Rosemarie Emmi (family: Bonnie Ladd Mangicaro). He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins.
