He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Moran, and Frank Moran, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Moran (Coffey); his children, Frank III (Shirley), Justin (Sue) and Samantha (Damion); his grandchildren, Justin Jr., Frank IV, MacKenzie, Rachel, Temprence, Ashley, Isobella and Ivory; and his siblings, George, Jerry and Patty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
