He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathryn Kimball (Amend) and Thomas Kimball; his brothers, Thomas and William; his wife Mary Gilson; his children, Frank (Andrew), Susan (Rick), David (Emily) and Katherine (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Joseph, Matthew, Lauren, Samantha, Julia and Michael.
Fran suffered bravely against Alzheimer's disease and resided at Iroquois Nursing home, where he received wonderful care.
