He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle; his parents, Walter and Mary (Ptak); and his siblings, Joseph, Anthony, Edmund, Thaddeus (Ted), Sylvia Russo, Cecilia Fiore, Loretta Allers, Theresa Fish and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Margot Badgley O'Neil; his children, Francis, Jr., Kimberly and Lisa; his sisters, Helen and Joni; his grandchildren, Gabriella, Jonathan, Robbie, Kara Melissa, Jacob, Andrew, Robert and Elizabeth; and his stepchildren, Robert, Kier, Ryan O'Neil and Erin O'Neil Anna. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
