He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Onofri and Mary Onofri (Vona); and his siblings, Anna, Jim, Lillian, Vicky and Louise Crisafulli (Onofri).
He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Mark and Mary Fran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
