She is survived by: her children, Mary Mastin, Jennifer Mullins (Michael), Gina Johanningsmeier (Chuck), W. James Mastin Jr. and Kathy Wick (Matthew). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
