We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2018, at the age of 78, Frances Dibble (Syracuse, New York), born in Wayne, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Royal Shively; her husband William Sr.; and her brother Wayne Shively. She is survived by: her parent Mary Shively; her children, William Jr. (Suzanne), Debra Doran (Dan) and Barbara Santmyer (Jeff); and her siblings, Linda Lanigan (Bob) and Gerald Shively (Sue). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
