She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; and her siblings, Anna and Michael. She is survived by: her children, Donna Dyczka (Stefan) of Solvay, Renata Guzelak of Solvay, Maria Serednycky (Andrew) of California and Andrew Guzelak (Olga) of Brewerton; her sister Maria Bednarz of Poland; her grandchildren, Dan Dyczka (Anne) of Syracuse, Stephanie, Andriana and Natalie Guzelak; and her great grandchildren, Sebastian and Luca Dyczka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
