She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard R. Olkowski. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Olkowski (Janine), Karen Olkowski Korzeniowski and Pamela Olkowski; and her brother Stan Gwizdak. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
