We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2020, at the age of 90, Fannie M. Adkison of Syracuse, New York, born in Athens, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Denise Adkison; her sister Essie Byrd; and her parents, Calvin Brown and Minnie Lou Tape. She is survived by: her children, Alfred James, Calvin Brown and Valerie Pendergraph; her sister Georgianna Pinkard; her grandchildren, Khalila Adkison and Akeema Austin; her godson Vynce Watson; and her niece Fannie Louise Gray. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
