She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Sr. Izard; her husband Arthur Wadsworth; and her daughter Candace Wadsworth. She is survived by: her sons, Guy, Kevin (Patti) and Shawn Wadsworth (Lisa). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
