He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Quinn (Myers); his parents, Clara Quinn (Bittel) and James Quinn; and his brothers, Father John Quinn and Joseph Quinn.
He is survived by: his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Linda Deyo of East Syracuse; his grandchildren, Christopher Deyo (Jeannette) of Florida, Matthew Deyo (Melody) of Utah, Tammy Ciotti (Rick) of East Syracuse and Charles Deyo (Cathy) of East Syracuse; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Andrew, Matthew, Jeffrey, Emily, Joshua, Gabriel, Charles Deyo, Anthony and Dominick Ciotti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
