She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Williams and Florence Williams; her husband Henry Phipps; and her siblings, Robert, Idella and Yvonne.
She is survived by: her sons, Carlton Phipps (Jackie) and Kenneth Phipps (Pat); and her brothers, Frank H. Williams (Gloria) of Syracuse and Harold S. Williams of Pompano Beach, FL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a host of other loving, relatives and friends.
