She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Jarvis; her parents, Thomas Adamaszek and Sophie Adamaszek; her brothers, Frank (Elizabeth) and Rudolph Adamaszek (Adele); and her son-in-law Dr. Joseph P. Bartelli.
She is survived by: her children, Betty, Wayne Jarvis and Judy Hayes (Bob); and her sister-in-law Theresa Brzycky. She is also survived by four grandchildren six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
