She is survived by: her children, Francelia Montagne (Steve), Frank Halligan (Pam), Alfred Halligan (Joan), Daniel Halligan (Kim), William Halligan (DeBorah) and Charles Halligan (Siena); her daughter-in-law Stasia Halligan; and her brothers, Daniel (Anna), Jack (Rosie) and Richard (Kathy). She is also survived by grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
