Collins (Sarah); her daughter-in-law Nancy Collins; her granddaughters, Casey Duca (Gino), Amy Tome (Josh), Kerry Irving (Jason), Alicia Collins, Jessica Collins (Josh Shoff) and Eleanor Jo Collins; and also, Marty, Sue, Kristen and Katie Collins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, other relatives, and friends.
