She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Felicia; and her parents, Ruby Furlong Hayden and Harold Furlong. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Kernz, Phillip, Randy and Jerry Felicia. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
