She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Menchel (Kletsky) and Philip Menchel. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Marcus (Rachel Kindt) of California and Eugene Marcus of Syracuse; her granddaughters, Hannah and Rebecca Marcus; her brother Arnold I. Menchel (Shereen Edelson) of Connecticut; her nephews, Robert and Eric Menchel; and her cousin Frances Licht (Katherine Saufley) of New Jersey. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
