She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Toth; her husband Edwin Boelsen; her parents, Byron LaSalle and Maude LaSalle; her siblings, Byron and Mary; and her daughters-in-law, Ruth Toth and Robin Boelsen.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Toth, Darryll Toth (JoAnne), Nancy Nicholas (Robert), Jim Boelsen and Craig Boelsen (Toni); and her grandchildren, Jason Toth (Kristi), Steven Toth (Crystal), Kristina Toth, Kara Bick (Jon), Jessica, Kyle Nicholas, Evan, Brianne Boelsen, Samantha and Chris Boelsen.
