He is survived by: his parent Zona Grumback Maines; his wife Donna Iurino Maines; his children, Denise Dodge (Matthew), Danielle Conley (Sean) and David Maines (Marissa); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Darren, Cassandra, Britney, Meghan, Shannon, Colleen, Ethan, Owen, Aiden, Dawson, Nolan and Fiona; and his sister Ellen Lorraine West.
