He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Koten and Dora Koten. He is survived by: his wife Margo Koten; his daughters, Kathy Koten Sheehan (Kevin) and Susan Koten Sofka (Jeff); and his grandsons, Michael Donald Sofka, Jack Sofka, Will Sofka and Dillon Sheehan.
