He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moynihan and Rose Moynihan (Eichenger); his wife Joan T. Moynihan; and his brothers, John, Bernard and Francis Moynihan.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Skeele of Manlius; his brother-in-law Kenneth Dehm; and his grandchildren, Matthew and Melissa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
