He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Joseph and Virginia Keegan (White). He is survived by: his wife Ann Hewitt Keegan; his children, Joe (Lisa), Patricia, Jeanne and Michael; his grandchildren, Kenya, Nikaio, Conor, Molly, Abigail and Colin; his brother Michael; and his sisters-in-law, Mary, Josephine Fitzpatrick and Marion Dillon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
