Deona Odom Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2020, at the age of 75, Deona Odom of Syracuse, New York, born in Clarksdale, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Smith and Juanita Smith; and her siblings, Bernice Smith Whittle, Pearl Smith Willis and William Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jestine Jones (Joseph) and Timothy Odom (Kamala); and her siblings, Rachel Werts (David), Annette White, Myrtle Days and J. D. Smith, Jr. (Rose). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
