He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Cyriacks and Dorothy Cyriacks (Martin); his brothers, Brian and Steven Cyriacks; and his pet Benny.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Cyriacks (Hrbek); his children, Dennis Richard Cyriacks, Jr. (Amanda), Danielle Lauren Taylor (Jason), Steven Michael Cyriacks and Sabrina Lynn Naylor (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Chase, Brianna, Raegen, Paige, Tassie, Dennis III, Jordyn, Joslynn, Jaxson, Mackenzie, Delilah and Dylan; his siblings, Vincent Cyriacks and Jennifer Harkowsky; and his pets, Bishop, Bella, Piper and Honey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
