With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delilah M. Mahoney of Syracuse, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Delilah may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Mahoney and Delila Mae Mahoney (Manzer); and her siblings, Carmeletta W. Lormore (Robert), Kathleen A. Dening (Donald), John J. Mahoney, Thomas A. Mahoney (Gertrude) and William D. Mahoney (Julia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
