He was predeceased by: his father Charles Dattler; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his siblings, James Dattler (Kathy), Dennis Dattler (Rosemary), Donald Dattler, Richard Dattler (Karen), Doreen Wilkins (Bill), Deborah Putzer, Marcia Dattler and Susan Aaserud. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
As per David's request, there will no services and his body will be donated to the SUNY Anatomical Gift Program. Contributions may be made to the CNY Cat Coalition (cnycatcoalition.org).
