It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Harlow (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on April 20, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Charles Harlow; his son Jeremy Harlow; his mother Iva Harlow of Atlanta; his sister Fay Harlow of Atlanta; and his daughter Christi A. Harlow. He was also cherished by two granddaughters, great- grandson; nephew and cousins.
