He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Perry and Donald Perry. He is survived by: his wife Frances E. Perry; his children, Carrie L. Hollenbeck (Perry), David J. Perry Jr. and Vanessa A. Perry; and his siblings, Donald Perry, Christine Lawson (Perry), Joan Grenier (Perry), Mike Perry Sr., Robert Perry, Paul Perry and Judy Bennett (Perry). He is also survived by the many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Upstate Cancer Center or Hospice of Central New York and of the Finger Lakes.
